Authorship Declaration: Satellite Internet Vision (2012–2013)
By Bharat Luthra
I, Bharat Bhushan (Bharat Luthra), hereby make this public declaration to formally reclaim the authorship of a transformative idea that I independently conceived during the years 2012–2013—the use of satellites to provide global internet access, ensuring connectivity for even the most remote and underserved regions of the world.
At the time, I shared this idea in a conversation with Gaurav Kumar (also known as Gaurav Uppal). The concept involved deploying a constellation of satellites in low Earth orbit to form a low-latency, high-speed global communication network, encircling the planet and making the internet accessible to all of humanity.
My motivation came from a deep civilizational intent:
To democratize access to information and bridge the global digital divide, as I believed that universal access to knowledge is essential for the long-term survival and fairness of civilization.
Although I lacked the financial backing and institutional support to execute this vision, the original idea, purpose, and civilizational model were mine—independently formed and shared well before any public announcements or execution of similar models by others.
I acknowledge that satellite-based internet had been mentioned in scientific and speculative contexts prior to 2010. However, my 2012–2013 concept was not just a technological curiosity—it was a fully envisioned, mission-driven framework, grounded in the principles that now shape my broader body of work: Civitology—a discipline I’ve founded to advance sustainable and righteous innovation for the future of humanity.
As part of this vision, I have always believed that in any fair, centralized global governance system, fundamental human-enabling infrastructures must be publicly owned and managed globally—including:
Internet and satellite-based communication systems
Water and natural resources
Energy infrastructure
Critical knowledge and research repositories
Years later, a remarkably similar initiative emerged as Starlink, led by Elon Musk. While I make no claim to have contributed directly to its development, I believe it is possible—perhaps even likely—that the seed of the idea was transmitted without my consent through the very person I once trusted, and who has also been part of the conspiracy to subdue me.
These core systems must be protected from corporate monopolization or nationalistic control to ensure that no one on Earth is denied access to them.
This declaration is not an act of vengeance, but one of truth preservation. History often forgets the unheard visionaries. I write this to ensure the record is corrected—not for fame, but for integrity.
